These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients booking services with Cotton Inks Tattoo Studio. By making a booking, paying a deposit, attending an appointment, or signing a consent form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
1.1 All clients must be 18 years of age or older.
1.2 A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.
1.3 Cotton Inks does not tattoo minors under any circumstances.
2.1 All appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
2.2 Deposits are deducted from the final tattoo price.
2.3 Deposits Must be made at least 24 hours in advance or before appointment if same day booking is requested.
2.4 Late cancellations, reschedules outside the required notice period, (1 hour before appointment) or failure to attend an appointment will result in the loss of the booking, and may result in a new deposit required to secure any future appointments.
3.1 Pricing is discussed during consultation and confirmed prior to tattooing.
3.2 Final pricing may vary depending on size, complexity, placement, and session length.
3.3 Full payment is due at the completion of the appointment in cash or instant eft.
4.1 All tattoos are custom-designed for each individual client.
4.2 All designs remain the intellectual property of Cotton Inks and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, or tattooed elsewhere without written consent.
4.3 Minor design adjustments are included; extensive redesigns or concept changes may incur an additional fee.
5.1 All clients are required to complete and sign a consent form prior to receiving any tattoo service.
5.2 Clients must fully disclose any medical conditions, medications, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy status, or other relevant health information on the consent form.
5.3 Failure to disclose relevant information releases Cotton Inks from responsibility for any complications or adverse reactions.
6.1 Cotton Inks adheres to strict hygiene and safety standards.
6.2 The studio reserves the right to refuse service if a client appears unwell, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or presents a health or safety risk.
6.3 Aggressive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service without refund.
7.1 Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to ensure proper healing.
7.2 Cotton Inks is not responsible for issues arising from improper aftercare, environmental exposure, or failure to follow instructions.
7.3 Healing outcomes may vary depending on skin type, placement, lifestyle, and individual aftercare.
8.1 One Touch-up is offered to all clients.
8.2 Touch-ups can not be provided within the general 2 week healing process, or until all scabbing has cleared.
9.1 All promotions, specials, and holiday offers are time-limited and valid only for the dates specified.
9.2 Promotional pricing applies only to qualifying designs, sizes, styles, or placements as stated in the promotion.
9.3 Promotions cannot be combined with any other discounts, vouchers, or offers unless explicitly stated.
9.4 Promotional bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the promotional rate.
9.5 Missed appointments, late cancellations, or reschedules outside the required notice period will result in forfeiture of both the deposit and the promotional offer.
9.6 Design requests outside the scope of the promotion may be charged at standard pricing.
9.7 Promotional offers are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.
9.8 Cotton Inks reserves the right to modify, extend, or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.
10.1 Clients are expected to arrive on time for their appointment.
10.2 Late arrivals may result in reduced tattoo time or appointment cancellation at the artist’s discretion.
10.3 Cotton Inks reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
11.1 By booking an appointment, paying a deposit, attending a session, or signing the consent form, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
