Cotton Inks takes all reasonable precautions to maintain professional hygiene and safety standards; however, outcomes may vary based on individual skin type, aftercare, and personal health factors. Clients are solely responsible for disclosing all relevant medical conditions and for following all aftercare instructions provided.
All information submitted to Cotton Inks is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law. Any images or media captured of completed tattoos may be used for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All deposits, tattoo services, and retail sales are final and non-refundable. Prices, designs, and availability are subject to change at the discretion of Cotton Inks. Submission of a booking request does not constitute a confirmed appointment until acknowledged and accepted by the Company.
This Legal Notice shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
